Hello there fellow CCers!

I have an order for 25 mini cakes due for a wedding shower this coming Sunday. I also have a Fire engine truck to make for my son's 4th birthday party for that day. Could you help me with a decorating timeline, to get it all done with out losing my sanity? (I also have an 8" birthday cake to do on Tuesday.) I know that many of you conquer way more than this in a week's time, but I am not accustomed to it, and would appreciate any and all input! Thanks!

Thanks wgoat5! I will be covering all of these cakes in buttercream, then in fondant. Do you think that they can be covered in buttercream and frozen, so that I can cover them in fondant and decorate the day before they are due?

You can freeze a buttercream frosted cake icon_smile.gif But you might not want to stack them in the freezer.. you will indent the icing..
