Math People Help Me On Finding The Answer Please

.. Ok .. If I am doing say a 14 inch square.. what size in diameter would my diamond have to be to go all the way around evenly? LOL

yes it's early... YES I am probably thinking too much into this.. But..

Is there math that can help me with this?

My guess would be 2". If you want big diamonds. 14" on one side x by 4(sides) equals 56. Divide by 28 (aprox 7 diamonds on each side) comes to 2. 1" would work as well......make sense? I hope that is what you ment.
