I was wondering if some of my CC friends could help me. . .I would like some advise on how to make the tulip stems. Specifically, I am planning to make a garden basket cake with sugar paste tulips, but the look I would like to go for is to have some of the tulips sort of hanging over out a little from the basket. Can anyone give me any advise?
