Can someone tell me how long fondant will stay good? I was told to store it in the freezer, but not sure for how long.

you do not need to store it in the freezer. I am not sure what kind you are talking about, but there is usually nothing parishable in fondant, so as long as it is still plyable, it is good.

Fondant doesnt like being put in the freezer or the fridge. Just store in cling film and a plastic food bag. It can keep for months.

I agree with lynndy-lou. I wouldnt put fondant in the freezer. Just wrap with cling wrap and put in a plastic ziplok bag. It will last a long time.
