Will This Cake Be Okay With No Fridge For 7 Hours?

I really want to make a grooms cake for my dad,Chocolate Cake,Chocolate Italian Mer. BC,and Strawberry Cream filling.I know it all needs to be refridgerated,but if Its is very cold before I leave will it be okay?Thanks

Your choc cake and choc IMBC will be fine. Sorry, I don't know about the Strawberry Cream Filling. I guess it would depend on your recipe?
