when you make your wilton class buttercream n you have 0 trans fat crisco how much extra water do u add

You don't add extra liquid. Use milk or better yet cream for the liquid and it puts the transfat back into your icing.

I'm taking Course 1 right now and I was told to add 2 T of water per batch. My frosting has been turning out great.
