Does anyone know the recipe for pink ganache? thanks

I've not made pink ganache, but things I would try are
a) use pink candy melts or
b) tint my cream pink then add quality white chocolate.

Personally, I'd try b because I'd want something really tasty.

You could also tint white chocolate pink...I've done that before and it works!

When do u tint the chocolate? After u melt it?

You could also make the ganache first and then add the pink color while it is still warm, a little color at a time would be ideal.

I've had success tinting chocolate pink, but other people have had trouble with the chocolate seizing, so unless one is using candy colors, this could work out badly.
