I was wondering what the top three requested cake flavors are. I'm pretty sure that it would be white or yellow and chocolate, but what would be the third? I am making a cake(s) next week with three flavors, and would like some suggestions. TIA.

white cake with red rasp filling
white cake with choc fudge filling
choc cake with choc-raspberry filling
marble cake - choc filling
carrot cake - cream cheese filling

Really? Carrot cake? That's surprising to me. I would have thought lemon before carrot cake. . . but that does give me a better idea. thanks

I know ... I hear so much about lemon cake, but I can honestly say I've NEVER made a lemon cake for a wedding.

Also butter pecan w/bavarian fill.
