Hi, I was wanting ot make a cake similar to the on on this site for a family function. It is the forth group of pics and the last one on the bottom right. the all chocolate with purple flowers. I just wanted someone to see the side of the cake to get an idea. The artist I feel is very talented like everyone else on this site.

What do you think if I were to make it in pan sizes of 12,10,8,6 or 14,12,8
Ijust don't want it to look weird. I thought maybe a 14-10-8. I saw a thread for the 16-12-8, and I like how it looked, but it is a bit too big(too many pieces)

14, 10 8 OR 14, 10, 6 will be just fine.
Personally I don't cake much for cakes that are stacked like the 12, 10, 8, 6. It looks tall and ready to topple
