We've recently moved into our own shop and was working on dummy displays for our store - the colored fondant used on the dummies have faded - from pink to dull gray, not good for La Quincienera (is that how you spell it?) How do you prevent your dummies from fading? I wish to use precolored fondant rather than airbrushing it. Thanks for your kind input.

I think all you can do is keep them out of light. I'm pretty sure most anything will fade if constantly exposed to it.

Definitely keep it out of the light; that started happening to some of my dummy cakes before I realized what was going on.
