Hi. I recently made a white chocolate cake that I baked in a bundt pan. I wanted a raspberry ripple in the middle (ish) part of the cake. It, however, settled to what in this case (bundt) was the top. I didn't want to blend the raspberry with batter as you do with other marbled cakes as I wanted a concentration of the raspberry. I put 1/2 the batter in and then some spoonfulls of the raspberry filling I made and then just kind of swirled them a bit and added the other 1/2 of batter. Can anyone help me? thanks!!! icon_wink.gif
