Has anyone made the WBH "Kaye's Buttercream?" I am wondering how well it crusts, and how well it works as a base for fondant...Thanks ahead of time.
I don't know if the "Kaye's" buttercream is different from the regular WBH BC but I have made the regular WBH BC. It did not crust. I did not use it as a base for fondant.

Kaye's Buttercream is an Italian Meringue Buttercream and will not crust. Hope this helps.
