what size scoop is a good size for a choclate chip cookie. I want to charge 2 for a dollar and stil have a nice size cookie. the scoop I was using was a fabreware medium .

I use the medium papmered chef scoop (which looks to be the same as the farberware one). The big one is too big for a cookie (IMHO). I think the medium scoop is the perfect sized cookie. Especially if you are going to do 2 for $1.. that'd be perfect. I sometimes make the small scoop (like if I am baking for my kid's classrooms) and I like that too, but for a regular old cookie I'd stay with the medium scoop.
