The last time I did it the cake didn't rise, I guess I beat it too much from constantly adding color to get it more vibrant, which it never did.
Any tips or suggestions? How much color do you use, and is gel or liquid better, and when do you add it?
Trying to make a tie dyed cake.
I don't think this is much help to you but i have coloured my cake with jelly crystals before. Of course doing that comes with the different flavours too.
I just use my regular americolor gels. I think if you are doing tie dye, you wouldn't need to mix the colors up much at all. Shouldn't be a problem.
