Also when i bake my cookies. it comes out soft. should i leave them out for at least a day before i cover them?

I personally love soft NFSC, they are my favorite. After they cool, I put them in my tupperware until I am ready to frost them with RI. That usually takes overnight to dry then back in tupperware and layered in wax paper so that I can freeze them until needed.

Me too, only I use MMF for the icing. Love those cookies!!
