I have been trying to find a non crusting buttercream recipe but so far, no luck.
I currently use the wilton buttercream taht crusts and I really like it. it's easy and I like the taste, but I also want to try a non crusting one that works the same way as the wilton one, that tastes great and is EASY to make.
can anyone help..?

Crusting results when the liquid added to the powdered sugar evaporates leaving a "crust." In order for this to occur, the ratio of powdered sugar must be greater than the amount of fat in the recipe.
FYI, the true meringue b/c's will never crust.
