I'm so exited, I'm taking a 1 day cake sculpture class with Bronwen Weber on May 4! It says that everything is included but we need a few things and we are supposed to bring a serrated knife. I have no idea what to bring. I use a bread knife for leveling cakes. I have some serrated steak knives. Help!

What kind of serrated knife do you use? Should I have several different sizes?

I don't have a lot of time. We are leaving on vacation Thursday and getting back on Friday night so I need to get my stuff together before I go or I'll be too frazzled to even know what a serrated knife is. icon_cry.gificon_lol.gif

I'd just bring a serrated bread knife, that's what I use for carving. Have fun at your class!

Thanks! That's what I was thinking but I was more than willing to buy something new if I needed to. icon_lol.gif
