Has anyone used her recipe for buttercream but used regular Crisco? How did this work?

I have been wanting to try it, but I can't really afford to use Hi-ratio in my cakes. Thanks Katie

Well, using Crisco in a recipe that calls for hi-ratio would be like using milk in a recipe that calls for whipping cream....

It might work, but it wouldn't be the same recipe. icon_smile.gif
