I need a recipe for a cake mix extender. I have to bake a 9x13 cake (hopefully tonight) and I know I need extra batter to make it a nice height, since it will not be torted.

I have been trying the search here all day and have not had much luck. Do you have a favorite that you'd share with me? Thanks so much.
