I need to make a log cabin to set on a 1/4 sheet I have seen some nice ones on in the galleries I am just not sure how to get started. Please help

I don't know what a log cabin is....try posting a link to those cakes to get an idea.

you could use pretzel rods and stack them ..like you would Lincoln Logs icon_smile.gif

The pictures I looked up show about three different variations:
1. Built from pretzel rods (I would construct using royal icing)
2. Built from graham cracker or gingerbread type
3. Carved out of cake and covered in fondant and/or buttercream.

If you see one that you really like in the galleries, I would suggest IM'ing the owner and ask how they did it.
