which hi-ratio shortening would you choose if you were going to order a 50lb container? And Why? Also, how long does it last for or what do I need to do to keep it fresh?As you can tell I have never had a chance at using the high ratio before as well never this much at a time.
I have used both and haven't noticed any quality difference in either. They both perform fine. If it comes to cost I would go with cheaper. Thats just me though. You keep it freshest by keeping it in the plastic bag and box it comes in and in a cool, dry, dark place. hope that helps
