Hi everyone, just an update ,re: my petit fours question I asked like a million and one times just so i could get it right.

Well the process: I made some and took it to the restaraunt that I bake for, for one of the employees who was requesting a taste.

Well the results: She looked at them and didn't even taste any (choco cake w/red raspberry & white cake w/strawberry fillings) AND DRUMS PLEASE....................

SHE ORDERED 40 PETIT FOURS TO BE DISPLAYED A HER ADULT TEA PARTY, WOOOOHOOOOOO.
