Just wondering how to store a cake covered in BC with some fondant accents on it... Also how long can it be stored and stay fresh? THANKS!
Ummm...that depends on the fillings, what kind of cake, etc. Most people have a cake plate or dome if it's for home... Cake is usually pretty durable... What to give us a little more info?
Just a white cake with BC filling and icing with a few fondant accents...
It should be fine on your counter for 4-5 days...if it lasts that long. Otherwise, put it in the frig.
