Without knowing what sizes those cakes are I don't know if anyone will be able to help with an exact price.
I charge $2.50/serving (1"x2"x4") for only one layer of filling and buttercream icing. If they want three layers of filling and fondant there is an upcharge.
Also, how many is your customer looking to serve? The cake may serve to many or to few and the sizes may need to be adjusted to get the look and still serve the amount they want?
I'm going to guess those cakes are 2/10"; 2/8"; 14",10",6". W/o serving the top tier you would have 244 servings. There is more than the average # of roses so I would charge maybe an extra $25 for them. What is the going rate in your area per serving? Start there.
More importantly I would love to know how inthe world did that cake stay up there since it was sooooooo unlevel ?!?!?!?!?!???????

i think the pic was taken at an angle. if you look at the wall behind the cake... its angled down, too. just a bad pic.
