There is a blue flower in the centre that I would love to recreate. What is a called? Do you know how to make it (in any medium - RI, Buttercream or fondant)?

Hi Verina:
That flower is a Morning Glory and Cynthia Venn has directions to make a gumpaste one in her book.

That is one of the flowers you lean to make in Wilton Course 2 or 3. I've forgotten.

In the Wilton Course you make it out of RI. It's in course 3. It's very hard to make it out of RI though. If you can do gumpaste I would.

That flower is called Morning Glory. It opens up in the morning and closes its petals every night.
