Americolor makes an ivory color. That might work.

This is going be stupid but I throught it was a soft gold.

I usually do a soft gold with just the tiniest, tiniest hint of pink.

Yes it is, but i was thinking alot of ivory might make champagne?

On this cake I used 2 parts ivory and 1 part Americolor gold. I decided on this combo after mixnig several little 1/4 c. batches in different shades and I was happiest with this one. (Though I didn't try a batch with pink in it.)
