I have a great recipe for chocolate cinnamon cupcakes, and love the flavor combination. I would like to add some cinnamon to my chocolate roll-out cookies but I don't know how much to add. Any suggestions? The recipe I use is similar to NFCS, only about half the batch size.

I do the same thing in almost any chocolate recipe I have. I usually add about a tsp and go from there. Maybe an extra half ;0) Just eyeball it, you can't go wrong.

And then there's the question about how much chili pepper to add in with it... YUM! icon_lol.gif

Thank you! I'm thinking this weekend looks good for doing some baking and experimenting.

I found a recipe for chocolate snickerdoodles on the internet that is great. Basically it's a chocolate sugar cookie rolled in cinnamon sugar.
