I may be in the wrong area here, but I don't think I see anywhere other than recipes where I might be able to find this answer, but I am going to ask anyway.

I am making cakes for a class and doing "test" cakes at home. My Grandmother is a diebetic and I was just wondering if there was such a thing as a diebetic icing? She ate a piece of my regular cake yesterday, but I just want to be thoughtful towards her if I make any cakes for the home in the future.

Any in-put would be great.
Thanks,
Ash
