I need a recipe for buttercream icing that doesn't have the sugar grit to it. I want something that is smooth and creamy and not to sweet. If you have a recipe that you are willing to share I would appreciate it. I have seen some talking about whipcream and instant pudding icing but haven't tryed it and don't know how much whippedcream and pudding to use or how much it would take to cover a cake?
