I have seen many of you talk about RBC, but when I look for a recipe for it, I come up empty. Can anyone help me out? Also, is RBC anything like fondant? I am new to all the different types of frostings/icings and need as much advice and tips as I can get.
RBC - Rolled Buttercream - there is a recipe for it on here in the Recipe section. I personally haven't tried it, it's on my lengthy To-Do list ... lol, but everyone says you use it just the same as fondant.
Look under Rolled Buttercream. I have used it and like it alot, somewhat like fondant but more buttercream taste.
