I am trying to make a dummy cake where the top tier is bigger that the one under (I am still trying to find it). Like 10,6,8
Well, my question is : do you put the top tier in regular cake board, or do I have to cover the cake board as well.
I am thinking that when somebody look at the cake they will be able to see the cake board.
Hope you can understand what I need to know.

Also I would like to know hw to attach the tiers. since they are just dummy cakes do I have to use just BC or do I have to put a dowel all the way through?

I have seen couple of this cakes. As soon as I find one I'll post it.
