Question! I'm getting married in June...and am doing my own tiered cake. I plan on using dummies with fondant. With graduation season coming in just a few weeks I was thinking about making it now...but is that a good idea? How long do fondant dummies stay looking great?? Help! I can't decide what to do...

As long as you make sure you keep it out of direct sunlight it will last a year or more. Sunlight will fade colors.
