I just recently purchased some of the sleeve of fillings from my cake supply store. I have strawberry, bav cream and choc bav cream open and in my fridge right now.

1. How long will they last refrigerated?
2. Can I freeze what's left?

I have a lot left and I hate to waste it. Thanks!

Unopened they are shelf stable for 3+ years (long before they would ever go to waste around my place)

Once opened they are good up to 6months as long as they are properly sealed and refridgerated. I don't know if they freeze well b/c mine are always gone within the 6 months.

I froze a raspberry filling one and when it defrosted the consistency was runny... I don't know what happened. It was in the freezer about a month.

Yes, but make sure that they are sealed really good becausemy first attempt of saving leftovers was terrible because I didn't do a really good job (so i thought) with sealing procedures.
Let's just say the smell was horrid!!
