It may be a daft question , i don't know. icon_redface.gif I know to make modelling chocolate i mix melted chocolate with liquid glucose but .... is it possible to add some melted chocolate to normal fondant to make the fondant slightly chocolatey but not all chocolate? Would this work or would it mess around with the fondants texture? All help or thoughts will be much appreciated.

Last time I tried chocolate clay I didn't like the fact that I couldn't get the consistency of fondant so I mixed it 50/50 with white satin ice and it was fantastic. It was a lighter shade of brown but tasted chocolatey and yummy and I could form it just like fondant. HTH.

I've mixed chocolate with fondant as well and it worked fine.
