and cover with reg. bc then with fondant would it be ok sitting out for a day? I found a great meringue icing recipe (strawberry to be exact YUM) and wanted to just FILL the cake with it. But I would have to fill then let it settle for a few hours then cover in reg. bc and fondant. Will it be ok? Or how should I approach this. I feel silly because I know how to fill and treat cakes but I don't work with meringue bc much at all.

Thanks again icon_smile.gif

Hey:
I looked up strawberry buttercream in RLB's The Cake Bible (similiar to meringue BC) and she says it's ok 6 hrs at room temp.
