i love carvels ice cream cake icing but was hoping someone had a similar recipe. i have made a few ice cream cakes and they turned out great but never took any pictures. i got to get into the habit of that. so please if you have a recipe. that would be wonderful thanks.

I don't know about Carvel's, but when I worked as a decorator in an ice cream shop, we used Rich's Bettercreme right out of the bucket.

You can buy Richs bettrecreme at Sam's in the bakery section but you have to ask for it.If you search back posts you can find out everything about it.
