Sweetex???

Hey i just received my order and was wondering do i measure this out like Crisco. for the BC icing?? cant wait to try heard good things about it here.

You can get away with using a bit less than "regular" shortening. I don't know the scientific explanation, but somehow it "accepts" more PS than regular shortening.

I use it all the time and the recipe I use calls for 1 cup of regular shortening. I use 3/4 cup of Sweetex and it turns out great. HTH! icon_smile.gif

Thank you Awolf27 and Kwdonion, I will check it out i think i already have Sugarshaks recipe i printed it off after i order the Sweetex
