Look in the recipe section or do a google search and you should find several.

My absolute favorite chocolate ganache cake, it is heavenly, I've made it a few dozen times now, with some variations and it is to die for: http://www.apocalypse.org/~steve/sweet/rccake.html
Useful info about ganache (including consistency for filling, glaze, etc.) in a single page: http://www.joyofbaking.com/ganache.html

8oz. semi-sweet baking squares (8 squares)
1 cup heavy cream
1 TBS. light caro syrup

cut or grate chocolate into very small pieces, place in a bowl

heat heavy cream in a sauce pan. Once it's steaming, add the light syrup, stir, and then pour over the chocolate. Whip with a whisk until all the chocolate is melted.

Simple as that!

I love the Sarah Bernhardt Chocolate Glaze. I believe you can find it under recipes.

here is a link...keep in mind it is the quality of the chocolate that is MOST important! Don't use grocery store chocolate chips!
Good Luck.
