Okay I have made the mud cake recipe from here..The Dark Chocolate mudcake by boonenati. It is amazing and everyone loves it. I tried to make cupcakes out of it yesterday...they were not as nice. They taste lovely but they sunk in hte middle and stuck to the papers. I think maybe I should have cooked them a little longer...not sure. has anyone done this with success and do you have some hints? How long did you bake them for and at what temp?
Hi sorry I cant help but im interested too. Also, what is castor sugar in this recipe? n do you have the metric conversions for this recipe, I have always wanted to try it!
The Recipe is done by weight so that is easy. Caster sugar is a fine sugar. It is like normal white sugar only the grains are much smaller.
