Im looking at doing a version of this fabulous cake by msauer. Question: How much would you charge for this (Im always WAAAY off on pricing) and how many do you suppose it feeds?

The description said it was 11x15 cut into 4 pieces so the cake is 4 layers. Depending on how you trim it you wouldn't have to waste too much cake. I would guess 30 servings but they would be small (at least to me)
I would charge more than $90..........do you have a per serving price for carved/specialty cakes?
Maybe one of the math people can help you with the servings. I am an eyeballer and my servings are bigger than the wilton chart.
You charge for the cake you make.. if it's one 11x15 that's 35 servings. Is it going to be covered in fondant? No less than $4/serving if you ask me. I'd charge $6. I would think it would serve 25 wedding sized servings but if you make 35 servings of cake.. you charge for it. Carved cakes start at $6/serving in fondant for me. So I'd say $120-$200
