Here are a few pics of the kitchen I am renting. I don't have any of my cake stuff in it yet...I will be dong that this week. Just look at the size of that convection oven.

Wow..that is great!!! That looks somewhat like the church kitchen that I may consider renting!!

Wow!!!!! What a dream come true. Is this a Church kitchen or a community center or what! This is PERFECT!!!! I would snatch this place up in a heart beat if it were in my area!!!!

WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!


How much is your rent and how did you negotiate the use if you don't mind sharing!!!!!

This kitchen is located in a private school that does not use the kitchen for lunch anymore. I wrote up a proposal for 3-4 evenings a week from 6:00-10:00 and presented it to the school director.

I proposed $400 a month for approx. 40-48 hours a month.

I listed the space that I would use and also all the licenses/permits and insurance that I would carry at my expense.
