How long do I bake cakes in the 4 x 1 1/4 wilton pans? And far far up should I fill them? Can I refridgerate the rest of the cake batter so it won't rise while I am baking the small pans? Are they meant to be done with three layers? To me they look like the Easy Bake Oven size I useed as a kid so I have no idea. icon_smile.gif

I don't have the Wilton pans but I have some the same size. I check them after about 20 minutes and they are usually either done or within a few minutes of being done. I put around a cup of batter in them I think, but half to two thirds full should work. Not sure about the batter.
