looking for anyone with information on kitchen appliances, for a business, any good website info. Best name brand to use? looking for tables, mixers, oven, fridge etc. thank for any information icon_smile.gif.

It's a trade magazine, but in the classified ads they have all sorts of ads for equipment.

My sil works for a company that supplies equipment for commercial kitchens. They do all the KFC and Taco Bells etc. The name of the company is Prime Source. I don't know if they have a website or not but you could try and google them. They area out of Dallas TX

If you go to ebay you'll find some used equipment dealers if you search an area around yours. We've got a bunch around here and they're GREAT! The thing is the used market is so flooded right now you can get equipment for pennies on the dollar compared to going with new!

The only thing I anticipate purchasing new is probably my oven, but we'll see, for what I can pick up a newer used one for, it may be just an issue of economics.
