My mom LOVES peppermint. She'll eat anything that is peppermint flavored, so I decided to create a couple of new cakes for her. I found these Andes peppermint crunch and creme de menthe baking chips and decided to go from there.

I used the peppermint crunch pieces and folded them into a white cake mix batter. I folded the rest into some peppermint buttercream and filled with that. Then I iced in peppermint bc.

I used the creme de menthe chips with a chocolate fudge cake. I folded the chips into some whipped chocolate ganache and filled the cake with that, and iced in peppermint bc.

She loved them! Just thought I'd share in case there are some other mint lovers out there

Ooohhh, they had these at my Target and picked up a couple of bags! I used them in brownies and they were fantastic!! Yum! I may have to try your ideas!
