Hi all,

I just purchased a 7 inch and an 11 inch round cake pans....2inch high. Does anyone know what the servings for these cakes are for weddings? The wilton book only suggests the even number of cake pans.

Thanks

Earlene's chart has serving sizes for odd size pans, but hers are larger than Wilton's. If you want to stick with Wilton's sizes, I'd just pick a number in between the servings listed for 6" and 8" pans for the 7" and the 10" and 12" for the 11".

I figure the odd size pans mathmatically using 8 cubic inches of cake (a 1x2x4 inch serving - same as wilton)

I am assuming these are round pans? And also for a 4" tall cake

7" = 16
11" = 44

If you want my whole list I can post that also, just let me know.
