Ever Made A 16-12-8 Round Cake?
Decorating By crazy4sugar Updated 23 Apr 2008 , 1:25pm by crazy4sugar
Does anyone have a photo of a 16-12-8" cake that I can show a client?
She needs some perspective of what that size cake looks like and I don't have the dummies available to stack them for her.
I did an online search but got only cake serving charts!
Thanks VERY much for any help

Can't think of any pix I have but what you can do is get out your pans to show client.
The one wedding cake in my photos is that size. I used 2 layer for 16, and 3 layer for 12 and 8. Oops, I forgot, I had one more layer on top of that , a 6 inch... well, you can still estimate the sizes.
i don't have my pictures in this computer, but you can see the 3 pics i have of wedding cakes in

See the "Pasteles de bodas" album and the first 3 pics are 8-12-16 in.
They are called Boda Silvia, boda cinthya-andre and 15 anos
Hope this will help
Thanks, PJ...beautiful cake!
kakeladi, sometimes I wonder if I should be taking a road trip to Oz (for the brain). Thanks
Oh!! I forgot! I have one picture in CC, is the 15 anos picture:

I have one pic... the center column of my wedding cake is a 16, 12, 8. If you want it, PM me, and I'll send you a larger sized pic.
(It does have columns up to the top 'anniversary' tier, but other than that... )
I have one in my photos its the one that has the groom is trying to run away from the bride topper
