Non Perishable White Chocolate Or Vanilla Mousse

I have a request for a white chocolate or vanilla mousse but the cakes I make take so long with the detail to decorate that I don't feel comfortable using a perishable mousse. I would hate to tell her that I can't do it so I thought I'd turn to you guys and see what I could muster up. Anybody have a good recipe that they could share? I'll pay ya with a cake, lol.

I use Frostin Pride whipped with a pkg of cheesecake pudding. I buy Frostin Pride at Smart&Final (it comes in a container like heavy cream but it is in the frozen section). If you do a search about it on CC you'll find tons of info.

I aso use vienna or bavarian creme filling sleeves
