Non Perishable White Chocolate Or Vanilla Mousse
Baking By samymccray Updated 5 Apr 2008 , 11:27pm by JanH
I have a request for a white chocolate or vanilla mousse but the cakes I make take so long with the detail to decorate that I don't feel comfortable using a perishable mousse. I would hate to tell her that I can't do it so I thought I'd turn to you guys and see what I could muster up. Anybody have a good recipe that they could share? I'll pay ya with a cake, lol.
Thanks,
Samantha
I use Frostin Pride whipped with a pkg of cheesecake pudding. I buy Frostin Pride at Smart&Final (it comes in a container like heavy cream but it is in the frozen section). If you do a search about it on CC you'll find tons of info.
I aso use vienna or bavarian creme filling sleeves

Depending on where you live either Rich's Bettercreme or Pastry Pride/Frostin' Pride is available:

ShirleyW's faux bavarian cream recipe:

Or perhaps a white chocolate ganache whipped:
