i hear some ppl refer to mmf which i assume is marshmallow fondant.
i have never made/used marshmallow fondant before and was wondering what its benefits are?
is it better for making figures?
is it better for covering cakes?
is it more elastic?
just wondering if it is worth while trying my hand at making some
(if anyone has a good recipe it would be appreciated icon_biggrin.gif )

The recipe here is great. I add some creme bouquet flavoring to mine to give it a little different flavor. It's not quite as elastic as the bought fondants but it is much less expensive and it tastes pretty good.
