How long do the NFSC last? Can you add flavor to the RI or fondant to give a tastier taste?

Mine have lasted for 2 weeks in tuperware but they are usually gone before that icon_lol.gif and I put vanilla flavoring in my RI next batch I'm going to try lemon icon_biggrin.gif I have only used Satin Ice fondant on my NFSC and I don't add any extra flavors to that, it's pretty yummy!

I wouldn't keep baked NFSC longer than 2 weeks without putting them in the freezer. I usually put them in the freezer if I am not going to use them right away, without icing.

I use a little almond flavor, along with a little clear vanilla in both my RI and MMF. I am not a big fan of RI, but the almond at least gives it a little bit of lift in flavor.

Happy Baking, Sandi
