CC...I miss thee!

Anyway, many of you probably know about this site: landolakes.com

There are lots of recipes, very detailed cake baking intructions, and some really promising recipes like "raspberry laced wedding cake." Over 500 cookie recipes. Lots of gluten-free recipes, and specialized techniques like making petit-fours. They are also running a special promotion for giving away baking equipment if you buy their butter -- one is a Nordicware pan. (I'm not affiliated in any way.)

I was browsing it this morning, and currently trying out one of the cookie recipes. But, still not as good as the friendly folks at CC.

Thank you Jackie and Heath for all the hard work keeping CC running.
